Never used it, but it's nothing you can't do yourself in less than 5 minutes if you know your way around finder.

Open the Go menu in finder and click on Go To Folder.
First folder you are going to go to is:
/Library/Caches
Second one is:
~/Library/Caches

Everything in both of these folders can be thrown in the trash

Finally, to clear out your cookies and web history, open the Safari menu and select Reset Safari. Check the boxes of the items you want to clear out (I recommend keeping Top Sites and Saved Names and Passwords).

As far as the website for this product states, that's about all this application seems to do.

Oh one more thing, they list several browsers other than safari. Well, the cool thing is clearing out that ~/Library/Caches folder clears out the caches of each of those apps. The cookies and history can all be reset in the apps as well. For example, in Firefox, you open the Tools menu and select Clear Recent History.

Cleaning caches can slow your Mac down for a while (the whole purpose of a cache is to keep certain things handy). Some folks will tell you to clean caches only if you have reason to suspect a problem.

It can also cause problems if you clean an application cache while the app is running. I don't know about that particular app, but make sure it quits all applications before deleting caches.

I use the (free) OnyX, from: http://www.titanium.free.fr/ It does quit all apps.
