Irritating iMessage App Bar

How do I remove the app bar from iMessage iOS?

I don't put goofy gifs, or meme's, or clownish avatars on my texts, and prefer the options not pop up due to close proximity to the digital keyboard.

Can I remove the bar, or shift it to the bottom of the keyboard?

If Apple has forced this upon users, what alternate text app does this community recommend?
