How do import contact from iPhone to Mac

I have a complicated situation. My mom had access to an iPhone for a very long time. She built up a lot of contacts, mostly family. I would like to save those numbers to my contact list on my computer. Obviously she has a different iCloud account than I do. I have access to her phone totally and completely, but I just don't know how to get contacts from her phone to mine. I've tried finder, I cloud, and so on. I can see them, but I can't import them from her device. Help.
