run macos ventura on a windows 11 virtualbox

can I run Ventura on my Virtualbox.

I have a PC runing windows 11 and Virtualbox

Currently running an Ubuntu VM and a Windows 11 Enterprise VM for dev

I recently bought an Iphone as a second phone (and actually really like it) and wanted to test out MacOs but I cannot figure out how to download the ventura dmg file to run on my virtualbox. I found some questionable download sites but wanted something legit from Apple.

I am thinking it is possible but maybe not.

Running macOS on anything but Apple hardware is prohibited by the macOS EULA. macOS is only allowed to be installed on bare metal on Apple hardware or within a VM hosted on Apple hardware.
