My iPhone has been hacked

there is like two phones hooked to my one phone. It goes back-and-forth when I swipe the screen it won’t allow me to do certain options like family sharing, and as well my Apple Music is saying it took to a different id and it keeps on syncing to Apple Music I keep on erasing it it keeps on happening over and over and over again please help it’s created havoc in my life. I’m not a computer wizard and this stuff gets so confusing. I’m going crazy. please help me please. I’m on the edge of insanity.

While it is highly unlikely that your phone has been hacked, there is something wrong.


Start by restoring the phone to factory state, not from a back up.
