ICloud account recovery - Reset Password

Hello Community,

My Iphone 11 pro phone is disabled due to multiple passcode attempts failed by my kid. I forgot my icloud account password as well. Unfortunately the Icloud account is with @icloud.com email id, so the code goes to email id (which i am unable to login due to forgotten password). It goes round and round and i have not much of an option left for my account recovery. Please suggest best possible way to get my account recovered. It has 200gb of Photos and i do not want to miss them.
