airpods pro making loud noise

i’ve had my airpods pro (1st gen) for almost three years. it wasn’t until about a year ago that i’d noticed, every single time i put my airpods in and they start suctioning (or if i touch them even the slightest bit) or even just when the bass is going really hard during whatever song i’m listening to, my airpods will make a an extremely loud noise as if they’re having trouble suctioning to my ears. i’ve tried every size ear tip, i’ve even bought memory foam tips to see if the issue was just my ears but it’s still happening and it’s INFURIATING. i cant even go on a walk with them in because they’ll just scream into my ears nonstop if i make one tiny movement. please let me know if you’ve had this issue/how you fixed it if at all.
