In the apple develpoer program plan, the data review was submitted to the operation team, waiting for a long time, and the email was invalid

I applied for an organizational account in the apple develpoer program, but I encountered some problems and waited for a long time. I don't know what to do. I always wait for the results when communicating with Apple technical support personnel. What should I do?

When reviewing your application, our audit team found that your organization already has an Apple Developer Program, but according to your reply, your organization has not been registered. We need to handle this situation carefully, so we will upgrade your request to the relevant operation team. We cannot provide other solutions until we get a reply. Please understand.

We are not folks that work for Apple. We have no insight into this. For all that we can offer you (e.g. sympathy), you might as well be discussing this blockage with the other folks sitting nearby at the lunch counter at the local diner.

Contact Apple, and request a status update.

I’d also be poking around with your organization, looking for any related clues or knowledge. Asking senior folks and long-time staff about this topic, for instance.

You will want to discuss this issue with the folks that work for Apple. (That’s not us, BTW.) Probably best using the contact info in the messages you’ve been exchanging. Whether this is all due to benign issues within your organization, or is indicative of some form of misrepresentation or fraud, or two similarly-named organizations, or some other issues? This is all between y’all and Apple and the earlier registrant.

Your opinion is right, but at present, the reply from Apple's technical support has been waiting for the review results of the operation team, and I want to provide some real information to solve the problem, but the Apple staff has not given me such a way or solution. This problem has kept me waiting for 1 month, causing no progress in my work. I am confused about how to deal with it?
