CKR_PIN_INCORRECT

Greetings,

I have a working platform which requires SafeNet eToken. I successfully installed SafeNetAuthenticationClient, but CKR_PIN_INCORRECT prompts after using my Mac login credentials in pairing. The CRK_PIN required seems to have 8 characters, which is unfortunately more than my Mac and less than my eToken credentials.

What's that CKR_PIN? I'm I suppose to get it from Apple?

Thank you.

I've had the same problem with my SafeNet token. To solve it, you have to change the settings of your token device to accept passwords smaller than 8 characters in "Minimum Length" (do this in "Setting" not in "Client Settings"). Then you change your token's password to a new one with less than 8 characters and it will be solved.
