Received Incorrect Wireless Folio Keyboard

Hello,


I called earlier today referencing order # ****

I had paid for the Magic Foilo Keyboard that is in the two pieces with the track pad, however I received the Smart Folio Keyboard that does not have the two separate pieces and no trackpad.


I would like to return the previous keyboard and have the Black Magic Keyboard that I had paid for sent.

Nobody in these forums represents Apple sales or any store, we are just users like yourself who volunteer to help solve technical problems. To get assistance with your issue you need to continue contacting wherever it is you ordered your product from directly yourself.
