Apple Magsafe Battery Pack

I have a fully charged Apple Magsafe Battery Pack. When I attached it to my iPhone 12 Pro Max, the amber/orange light keeps flashing and my iPhone is not even charging. I had to remove it, plug the battery pack to a cable with 20W adapter and then re-attach it to my iPhone again to make it work. Is there a defect in the battery pack? Please advise.

MagSafe Battery Pack doesn’t charge and won’t charge my phone Left my battery pack to charge and indicator light implies it’s charging. However, battery widget indicates battery pack is dead and does not charge my iPhone. My workaround used to be to plug the battery pack into a charger then put it on my phone to “wake it up” and it works. But now, battery pack does not hold a charge and also does not “wake up” or seem to charge my iPhone at all anymore. Will Apple fix this if I brought it in? Or will they just recommend to buy a new one? Anyone have a fix?

Magsafe Battery Pack 0% bug issue Hi I have been buy the Magsafe Battery Pack few days ago. I m not use before. when i charge my IPhone 14pro, my battery pack can charge a few second. After few seconds, it stopped charging and show it is at 0% battery. It’s continuously and When I remove it and put it with my iphone again, it shows the actual battery percentage and start to charge. After few sec still become 0%. I want to ask how can i solve this issue? Or i need to send it back to apple store?
