MagSafe Battery Pack doesn’t charge and won’t charge my phone

Left my battery pack to charge and indicator light implies it’s charging. However, battery widget indicates battery pack is dead and does not charge my iPhone. My workaround used to be to plug the battery pack into a charger then put it on my phone to “wake it up” and it works. But now, battery pack does not hold a charge and also does not “wake up” or seem to charge my iPhone at all anymore. Will Apple fix this if I brought it in? Or will they just recommend to buy a new one? Anyone have a fix?

I'm having the same problem now.

Last time I use the battery pack it still charges. I tried to use it today my iPhone 15 pro max indicates it charges but it's not, my iPhone's battery keeps getting lower and also the battery pack.

Hi, nope. I ended up throwing it away. Apple basically told me to try it with different bricks and different outlets. I thought that was a bit ridiculous as I shouldn’t have to do that. But I tried with different strength bricks, different outlets and nothing. They did not comment on the fact that it shows a charge indicator but still does not charge phone or battery itself. Bummer. I hate that people are still praising it as a good MagSafe battery pack. Maybe there’s a reason they discontinued it.

So, I had the issue when power bank charges and iPhone charges by it self with regular charger from outlet or from the laptop. But when iPhone has low battery MagSafe was connecting to phone and “start charging” (actually just showing the sign it’s charging and not actually charging).

The only way worked for me is to cool down the phone and it’s start charging. I remove the case and but it charging under AC
