MagSafe battery pack is not charging my iPhone

I had the same,My solutions was to reset all settings to factory instantly once I did I got a message on my screen saying MagSafe will keep your body at 90% and it’s been flawless ever cents.

I think I’ll do the same… I rarely say that to apple products but this one is really really bad

I think at the beginning it worked but now I’m tested again and it’s the same S mine. I left my iPhone charging this night using the battery pack and it charged until 30% and when I woke up there was no battery left on the battery pack, super weird.

I have the same problem.

before, with 14.7 I had no problem to charge the iPhone by the battery pack.

now, with 14.7.1 the battery pack is to weak to charge the phone. I had to put the iPhone in to flight mode to charge it but super slow and only for some percents. Maybe 13% in 45 min.

I don’t know, maybe the update to 14.7.1 make the charging so slow or there is a huge problem with the temperature management. For me for now, the battery pack is a joke and not even worth to take it with you.

I have the same issue but on top of this, I have another issue. I charge the battery pack to full. Then I attach it to my phone and it starts charging the phone. Then I take it off and if I leave it for more than 10 minutes, and put it back up on the phone, I get the magsafe animation, the phone is not charging and the battery pack doesn't show it's battery percentage. I have to take the battery pack off, plug it in, unplug it after 1 second and then it charges the phone when re attached. It's like the pack is going into sleep mode or something but doesn't wake up unless plugged on a charger

Same is happening to me, but not to my girlfriend… and she didn’t update to iOS 14.7, could this be related?

What factory settings? Your whole phone? That’s crazy.

Sad thing is it worked for like a say all I can say is I gave up and got the Anker. Very disappointed first time I return an apple product and didn’t looks back.
