Apple Watch 6 cellular connection issue with Spectrum
Has anyone had problems connecting an Apple Watch 6 to Spectrum cellular service? I have an Iphone 11 Pro Max and I use the Watch App to try and set up the cellular service. I get to a second screen that asks for my username and password for my carrier (Spectrum). I type it in, and it always says that the information does not match. I have reset both phone and watch, reset network settings, unpaired and re-paired the watch, spent about 5 hours on the phone with Spectrum, 2.5 hours at a Spectrum store with the manager trying to figure it out. Manager at store even created a new password for me in case we were typing it in incorrectly. He removed the watch from my account and then added it again as well. I mentioned the SIM issue that Tmobile/Sprint users were having and said maybe that is the case with Spectrum/Verizon users, but was quickly shut down. Any thoughts?
