Epson Printer - Encryption Credentials have expired -Airprint
Our 2 x Macbook Airs (Apple M1/Ventura 13.1) are today, suddenly unable to print from our Epson WF-3640. Having tried some things on an earlier thread about the same issue - and Googling and testing a number of solutions - we've run out of ideas. NOTE: Our old 2013 Macbook Air on the latest Big Sur op system had the same issue - but resolved it by uninstalling/reinstalling the printer. In the 'Add Printer' pop up under 'Use' we were able to choose 'Air Print' which solved the problem. However, after spending a lot of time on the phone to Apple, we still cannot even find 'Air Print' as an option to choose for the other two laptops. Apple suggested we reinstall Ventura - but still no solution. Really don't want to have to buy a new printer. Any ideas? (Have reset printer, unplugged modems, installed/reinstalled etc. - 4- hours of pain ongoing.) Thanks in advance!
