Why does it say you cannot set up the blood oxygen reader on the new Apple watch Ultra for children under 18? I want to use the oximeter app for both medical reasons and also because I do a lot of sports every day. Since I am under 18, I am not allowed to use this.

Unless your Apple ID has a different date of birth you can't use any age restricted features.
But what if I also want to use this feature because I do lots of sports and exercise everyday?
