All the apps with Electron Framework crash on startup

I encountered a problem recently that all the apps depending on Electron Framework will crash on startup, e.g. VS Code, Postman, etc.

Not sure if it's the permission setup issue from the underlying system files. The diagnostic report from ~/Library/Logs has been attached.

Huge appreciate if anyone can help give some clues on this problem.
