iPhone photo/ video quality

I got a new iPhone 11 about a month ago. The photos or videos I take are very good quality, but when I send them on WhatsApp, iMessage or instagram direct message the quality is very poor. I have looked up potential fixes and have checked my settings to ensure low power mode is off and low quality image is off. Is there anything else that can be done ?

Low Quality Pics in iMessages When sending photos through iMessages, the photos are received in lower quality. Both phones have "Low Quality Image Mode" turned off. Both phones are connected to the same wifi with speeds over 100 mbs. Both phones are iPhone 14 Pro Max's using the latest iOS 16. Any ideas?

Photo Compression on IMessage First, low quality image mode was turned off. I sent images from an event to a coworker via IMessage from my IPhone 14. The images were not originally taken from an IPhone, but from a sony camera. On my end the images were clear and hi-res. I even downloaded what was sent and the messages were still clear. On his end the images were compressed and delivered blurry. Any idea why this happened?

iPhone 15 pro picture quality issue I have recently bought an iPhone 15 pro. Its taking great pictures. But when I share the pictures with my friends through whatsapp or any other social media like facebook or instagram, they appear dull. Its not that other devices are not iPhones or the settings in the other devices are not right, its the pics which are itself dull. Not sure whats the issue, it seems pics only look great in its own device but actually they are not so great, that feels like a bit off, as I feel I am taking a great picture but actually I am not. Is there a solution to it?

If the quality reduces if you send on iMessage check your settings

Settings > Messages > Low-Quality image mode [Disable]
