Screentime restriction

I just got ipad 7 from my distant relative and tried to download something and i did not find appstore. And even the camera not to be found. I tried to turn on screentime but the screentime settings is always says restricted. And i tried refreshing it but nothing new appeared. And i reset it like 5 times already and when i turned on the screen time it do says to turn on screen time and when i pressed on it there appeared a lot of thing and then i just dissappeared. Please i need help. I dont know what to do.

As described, the iPad in your possession has a management profile applied. This profile will restrict functionality.


The presence of a management profile indicates that the device is centrally managed by a Business/Enterprise or Educational establishment.  Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.


Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.
