I have an issue trying to set up cellular on apple watch 6 running watchOS 9.2

I am not able to setup my cellular plan on apple watch 6 running watchOS 9.2 using visible as the carrier. I have it working before new iPhone 14 pro upgrade. But it gives an error unable to configure plan right after it tries to activate. I think there is a bug in either the what or phone iOS. phone is running version 16.2.


I have already reload the esim several times from visible and unpaired and paired the watch.

If that were a true statement, then virtually everyone on iOS 16.2 with an Apple Watch would be having issues connecting to cellular on Apple Watch. But that is NOT the case. When there is an issue with cellular connectivity, it is almost guaranteed to be a provisioning issue with the carrier. Carriers are famous however, for trying to lay the blame with Apple and they are often unwilling to take the time to ensure the watch is provisioned on their network correctly.


PUSH your carrier for a resolution. Elevate to more senior tech support with your carrier.
