Exporting photos

I am trying to export photos using the Shutterfly extension in the photos app (Catalina OS) and it is giving me this error message - any ideas on what is going wrong?

Greetings Nescalations,

Knowing that Shutterfly is a site where you’d be uploading photos to the site for use, do be sure to verify that the photos you’re wanting to export are downloaded to your Mac and not just synced via iCloud. Use iCloud Photos to store photos in iCloud This is something you can manage automatically -

1. In the Photos app on your Mac, choose Photos > Preferences, then click iCloud.
2. Select the iCloud Photos checkbox.
3. Select one of the following options:
• Download Originals to this Mac: Stores the full-size versions of your photos both on your Mac and in iCloud.
• Optimize Mac Storage: Stores smaller versions of your photos on your Mac when storage space is limited, and keeps the original, full-size photos in iCloud. Choose this option to conserve space on your Mac. To restore the originals to your Mac, just select “Download Originals to this Mac.”

Note: If this option is selected and you run low on storage space, only the still image of a Live Photo is stored on your Mac. When you open a Live Photo, the video portion is downloaded from iCloud so you can play it.

Additionally, it looks like though Shutterfly had an extension for uploading it’s may not be something they support any longer, which may mean the error you’re seeing is specific to that issue as well. Here's a link to their customer support as well - Uploading to Shutterfly Using a Mac

Thanks.
