schooltime emergency calls

We bought our daughter a watch for her birthday. I've set up school time and despite being an emergency contact my call during schooltime goes straight to voicemail. How do I fix this?

Hello thegreens1234,

The article that was linked to your posting (Get started with Schooltime on Apple Watch) is helpful to set this feature up, but it does sound like you've got it going already. In order for your calls to be able to break through the Schooltime focus on the Apple Watch, make sure that your daughter is set up as an Emergency Contact on your iPhone, as well as you being set up as an Emergency Contact for her. When you have it set on both sides, the call should ring through.

Let us know if we can help with anything else at all or if this doesn't settle your issue so we can look into this further with you. Thanks and have a fabulous day!
