Does Apple charge sales tax on monthly iCloud storage plans? I am preparing for a Texas sales tax audit, and need to know if I should be accruing this amount. Thanks.

Yes. Apple charges any required and applicable sales tax on all purchases or subscriptions where they are legally required to do so. In Texas that would be around 6.25% for e-commerce and other digital services.
