The iPhone SE and iPhone 13 do use the same size SIM.

Learn which size SIM card your iPhone or iPad uses - Apple Support

However, the first and second generation iPhone SE both predate the use of 5G cellular. So if you have one of these two generations, you cannot use the iPhone 13’s 5G capability with this outdated SIM.
