Watch "glitching" at rest?
Has anyone's watch started glitching or flashing while at rest? If so, is there an easy fix for this?

What color is your Apple Watch flashing? Did you ever drop or had an accidental damage done to your Apple Watch?
First, try restarting your Apple Watch:
1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power buttonin the upper-right corner of the display.
3. Tap the power button.
4. Drag the Power Off slider.
5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.
If that doesn't help, unpair and erase your Apple Watch and then pair them again:
