HELP - Macbook won't log in after keyboard cleaning

I have a M1 MacBook Pro and the keyboard has been sticky for quite some time now, I decided to try and fix it by spamming keys (Specifically the "Return Key") now it is stuck on the login screen, won't connect to wifi and refusing to log in with the password that I know is correct, I have tried 2 external keyboards several restarts and still no go. I really need help since I have some very important files and photos. It's still on Monterey since I haven't bothered updating it yet.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the Mac is unresponsive. For this behavior, you'll want to consider performing a force shutdown. Then, you can power it back on and see if you're able to sign into your Mac successfully. To perform a force shut down, you can press and hold the power button. Just be aware that any information that was not saved can be lost.
