Settings app gone completely

My settings app (and some others, for example App Store) are completely gone after I tried to add a widget, which was too large so it made these apps disappear completely, I searched for it in the spotlight search and in the app library, when I do so it only shows the Apple Watch app...

Im kinda desperate
