list apps in order of usage
Can I put apps in my usage Oder instead of the default? I could do that back when there was a dock. Some of my watch apps don’t even show up in the stacks feature or for watch faces

The Smart Stack is not a replacement for the Dock. The closest thing to the old Dock is the App Switcher. While you cannot change the order of items in the App Switcher, you can delete things.
