does anyone know why my iCloud took $2.99 for the 50 GB I subscribed to?...Can anyone help me?

Nobody can help you with that, but you can check this for yourself. Follow the steps in If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement and you should be able to identify the charge.
