How can I change my email

I keep getting unwanted emails and text messages from scammers.

Is it possible to change my apple id (email)?

I have some apps from different financial instructions and I would appreciate any ideas in how to protect my bank account and credit cards?

My Apple ID is compromised, and I need to get a new one, also do you think that I should get a new email address also? So I have some apparently fraudulent activity on my bank account and I need to change my Apple ID for sure and I wonder if I should get a new email address also? The email address I have now is my login for a few accounts that I regularly use and I’m worried that I won’t be able to get access for those accounts if I don’t have the same email address? What do I do
