Problem setting up "Find my Mac" on Ventura
When I turn on "Find My Mac", a msg comes up "You won't be able to locate, lock or erase this Mac while it's asleep because Wake for network access is turned off. To turn on Wake for network access, open Energy Saver preferences." See attachment below.
When I click on the button Open Energy Saver ... nothing happens except a dull thud.
I could not find "Energy Saver" ... has it disappeared with Ventura? After poking around, I opened Battery > Options and found "Wake for network access". Voila! ??? I set it to "Always". Will that drain my battery or do something else unexpected?
So, will this setting provide access for me to "Find My Mac" while it is asleep?
