Why are my beats headphones only playing on my right ear?

Right earbud of Powerbeats Pro is not playing audio My Powerbeats pro is only playing audio out of the left ear bud, but it says both are connected. The right ear bud, despite not making noise, has all functions in the buttons. A hard reset of the headphones did not work. Suggestions?

Try doing your setup again and see if your bluetooth connection pairing is still working: Set up and use your Studio3 Wireless headphones - Apple Support
