My phone shows an Iphone SE but I do not have one. Why?

Did you earlier have an iPhone SE? it could be that you have not deleted it from your Apple ID
If you cannot regognize the device try and tap it and click remove from account
After that, see this Link for further reference
If you think your Apple ID has been compromised – Apple Support (UK)
And inmedeately change your Apple ID Password
