How do I remove the duplicate password settings in keychain that have suddenly appeared since New year's day? I'm running 12.6.2 on a Mac Mini. Have never had an issue before. Now suddenly I have duplicates in the iCloud.

Are you referring to duplicate passcodes showing under Keychain in iCloud or just on the Mac? If so, do you have more than one iCloud account or recently took any steps like restoring your computer?
