I got QR code from my carrier. But when I'm going to convert my physical sim to e-SIM, I can't see "Add e-SIM" or "Add data Plan". What will I do?

If you are converting your physical SIM to an eSIM on the same phone, follow Set up cellular service on iPhone:
Convert a physical SIM to an eSIM
If your carrier supports it, you can convert a physical SIM to an eSIM on a supported iPhone model.
If this continues, as it is a carrier feature, contact your carrier for further assistance.
