did my iPhone got erased

Hello everyone, I have an iPhone 11 but it got stolen yesterday, when it got stolen, it had no internet because there were no signal in that place but after the next day I was able to see the location but the phone seemed to be off.

what I did?

i logged in into iCloud and I pressed “mark as stolen” and at the next day o pressed “Erase iPhone”. I’m very concerned about my data, as far as I understand, whenever my iPhone gets internet?m, it will get deleted all the data.

when I pressed “Erase iPhone” it was a label that says “Erase pending” but I see now that that label has gone but still I se the button that says “Cancel erase”. Does it mean that it got already deleted or I need still to wait it to get internet in order to get all the data deleted? (Screenshot of the actual status)

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.

As long as your iPhone had a passcode protecting it along with Find My iPhone active, your data is safe. Even if it wasn't connected to the internet again, someone performing a factory reset on it will trigger Activation Lock. The iPhone and it's data won't be accessible. This article will explain the feature more: Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

These steps are also worth reviewing: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen.

Note step 5:

"Remotely erase your device

If you erase a device that had iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or later installed, you can still use Find My to locate the device or play a sound on it. Otherwise, you won't be able to locate the device or play a sound after you erase it.

If you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, do not erase your iPhone until your claim has been approved.

Erase your device."
