You're not addressing Apple here and we, just users like you, are not aware of Apple future plans/decisions.
After the Dark Sky integration with Weather app (as per this support article:--> How Dark Sky users can use the Apple Weather app), Apple recommends that you submit your feedback using the link provided ad the bottom of that article itself.
