Nfc iphone 13

My Apple Pay doesn’t work when I tap on the card machine after the Face ID. I think my nfc isn’t working,

We would like to ask you a couple of questions and perform some steps in order to get a better understanding.


1. Let's make sure that you have successfully added your card to Apple Pay.

2. Have you restarted the device and try to use Apple Pay again?

3. Let's make sure that the device has the latest version of iOS or watchOS installed on eligible hardware.

4. Can you look for the contactless payment symbol (above, left) or the Apple Pay symbol (above, right) at checkout.

Do you see the contactless payment symbol?

Do you see the Apple Pay symbol?

Have you checked to see if the store accepts Apple Pay and if the store is having issues with Apple Pay transactions.

Have you checked to see if the store accepts the type of card—for example, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover—you want to use for payment.

5. Let's make sure you are holding the iPhone very close to the terminal so that it almost touches.


6. Do you have a case on your iPhone, If so please remove the case and try to use Apple Pay again.
