My wallet will not let me add a card

Hmmm … you are on an eligible phone with an updated iOS. The only other thing I can add is to check to make sure that wifi is on and that the Wallet is set to Cellular in settings. (Settings > Cellular then scroll down to Wallet.) It should should green/On.

If this does not help, please tap Support at the bottom, left of the screen. This will take you firstly to Apple. They should be able to help.
