Icloud not backing Iphone up, it says full when using 30GB of 50GB available!
It has not backed up in 2 months!

You're welcome. To clarify, have 20 GB available does not mean that you have enough space to back up; especially if you need 21GB to back up.
First, check the use on your device: Settings > General > iPhone Storage. If too much space is being used, the device will not backup. Room is needed to perform backup operations.
Second, check the size of your next backup: Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Backup > [device name]
You'll find the current backup size and the next backup size (it will take some time to calculate). My 256GB device next backup is calculated at 45 GB.
