I subscribe to Paramount plus but can't access it. I try to get an email to change pw but never receive it
Subscriptions to Paramount+ are not all the same.
- If you subscribed in the Paramount+ app on an Apple device, then this subscription is available on any Apple device that has the Paramount+ app.
- If you subscribed in the Apple TV app to the Paramount+ Channel, then this subscription is available on any of your devices within the Apple TV app, including supported third party devices.
- If you subscribed with Paramount+ directly, then you can sign in to the Paramount+ app on any of your devices.
These types of subscriptions have different terms and conditions, different perks and limitations, and are not exchangeable as such. How did you subscribe?
