New ssd couldn’t show up in the disk utility or terminal

Turn on the computer power, and hold down the COMMAND key and the R key at the same time. Hold them until the macOS utilities screen opens. Select Disk Utility and format the new drive.

Hello there, i follow these steps but the new ssd couldn’t show up in the disk utility or terminal. But when i put back the old one everything passes through. What should i do to upgrade?

You must use macOS 10.13+ if you are going to install a third party NVMe SSD into the laptop since older versions of macOS don't have the necessary NVMe driver to communicate with the third party SSD. Try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R to see if you can access the online macOS 12.x Monterey installer. Unfortunately sometimes only the installer for the original OS which shipped from the factory (10.10 in your case) will be available regardless of the keys used.

If that is the case, then you will need to create a bootable macOS 10.13+ USB installer using the instructions in this Apple article:

Edit: It is recommended to use a Sintech SSD adapter as that is the one which is most compatible & reliable when people use an M.2 SSD in a Mac. Also, not all SSDs are compatible with all computers.
