I want to forget my Apple ID password

Hi!

typically, if you know the phone password, you can change your Apple ID password if you have passcode enabled. Go to Settings>AppleID>Password and Security and click “change passwords”. If you are logged in and have this setting on, you should be able to insert your phone code and get a new password
