I have some apps that always asked for granting permission of Full Disk Access or the Accessibility in the Privacy & Security settings after logged in my account or restarted my Mac, is this Mac issues or the app issues? How do I solve the issue for stopping asking again?

Full disk access can be set up in System Settings...
Go in to System Settings.. (from the apple icon on the top left of the screen) > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access
and change any settings as required.
Be wary of giving anything Full Disk Access unless you are sure its legitimate.
If you make any changes in there, restart your computer afterwards to make sure the changes are effective.
Ask for Permission When Login
