Hi. The problem is my phone screen lock animation was disappeared when my display brightness was adjusted to low or lowest. I had update to İOS 16.2 and turned off all the accessibility settings. Are there any solution to help? Thanks.

Apple support couldn't help me,I also discovered that it was a systemic error; the animation works correctly when I scroll from above and lock the iphone when the animation is not smooth on the home screen at low light brightness. I reported this to apple support many times, but I couldn't get a response. I would like to add, the same problem exists in other iphone 13 models.

My problem is that when I press the on/off key on the main screen or using any application when it has the lowest or lowest brightness, there is no animation that occurs when it is locked.
