Locked out of MacBook air

I bought a brand new MacBook Air and made a new Apple ID just for that device. I did not create a recovery email. I had been logging in with the fingerprint scanner but today its making me enter an Apple ID and password but I forgot both. What can I do?

Locked out of new macbook Hi I opened my new MacBook today, didn't have the chance to add my apple id info and now Im locked out. I tried restarting it and writing the password I chose but it says its incorrect and wont let me reset it. I did use my fingerprint to enter as well but I don't have the option to do so now because using it requires me to insert my correct password first. Thank you in advance for your help!!

Just got a Macbook Air and the Apple ID isnt accepting my password. Just like my Macbook Air today and set it up. Put it down and about a half a hour picked it up. Now it isnt accepting my password and I have no idea how to recover or even get back in.

Your Apple ID worked when you logged into this site. 😉
