I ordered iphone 14 pro max from the apple store and i received a fake iphone

I have also been calling your number for a long time, but I am not getting any response. I am very worried to get my mobile.The mobile I got was completely fake so it was not a genuine iphone Kindly investigate and find my iphone and send it to me.I have sent you my serial number and tax invoice given to me by Apple store in an earlier mail.I didn't expect Apple store to do all this with me.The order I made was iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb And the fake iPhone I got had 1TB Please deliver to me the mobile that I ordered which was my original mobile.I am very worried. I can't find my mobile.
