Apple Pay Issue

A few months ago, after I purchased this iPhone 11 Pro, everything was working well while it was operating iOS 14 till after some software update happened to iOS 15.0.3 and it messed up the Apple Pay (Although the Apple Pay Menu opened up here when I attempted to purchase a product from the Apple Store, it didn’t work even after using Face ID). Now, I can’t install Apps or even purchase products from the Apple Store either or use Apple Pay, Wallet or even NFC Related Programs at all. After a few days, I was able to use Apple Pay after Soft Resetting the device about three times but after updating to iOS 16 then it started happening again, which made me think this is either a Hardware Issue or Software Compatibility Issue between the OS and the Hardware.


I contacted Apple Support in reference to this Apple Support (This URL contains the case referenced to this issue) and they requested that I update to iOS 16.1 which was released and I updated it but I couldn’t get back to the support page from the link (They were supposed to run Hardware Diagnostics), because the issue is still there and not fixed with the current version of iOS as well even after updating. Could someone help me run a Hardware Diagnostics for this device from here so I can find out what this issue is.


Also, I forgot to mention that even after I updated the iOS to iOS 16, The Apple Pay Menu with the Face ID doesn’t even show at all when I try purchase or download a software from the Apple Store.

When I try downloading a new application software from Apple Store, it just spins the wheel and doesn’t even allow to go to the Home Screen till I lock and unlock the device again, not showing Apple Pay Menu with Face ID (Screenshot below)
