Dotted circles in Reminders where the + sign used to be.

Ever since I upgraded to macOS Ventura on my iMac and iOS 16+ on my iPhone SE 2020, the + sign to add a reminder has turned in to a dotted circle.

If I roll back from Ventura to Monterey, the problem is fixed on the iMac only.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the iPhone and also have wiped Ventura and reinstalled.

iMac: 2020 iMac with Ventura 13.1

iPhone SE: iOS 16.2

iMac 27″, macOS 13.1

Have you tried a reboot of the iPhone?

Is it running the latest iOS?

Yes, I'm on the latest version of Ventura and iOS. When I went back to Monterey, the problem was fixed on the iMac, now back to Ventura problem returned.

I use the "Scheduled (Red) section of Reminders"

iMac 2020: Ventura 13.1

iPhone SE 2020: iOS 16.2
