How can I fix my Mac Pro 2013 Fan assembly issue?

Hello all,

I have a Mac Pro 2013 edition, I gave it to my friend for some work months ago. One day I got back from him but it's not powered on. It shows only I/O lights but no fan movement was there and no any chimes. After a day I opened it and then a disaster revealed. My Exhaust fan was jammed in assembly and fan connector also broken. Fan assembly bend and jammed the fan. It might be drop on floor or any other reason. I am attaching pictures of that fan assembly and broken ribbon cable also.

Kindly sugggest me how can I fix that bend and if it's not possible where I can get this top body. Also I need that ribbon cable.
